A very pregnant Ali Larter accentuated her baby bump with a belt tied around her cute tan dress while out for some shopping at a baby store in West Hollywood.

According to reports Ali used her October 2nd baby shower to aid less fortunate families by registering at the American retail store Target and donating purchased items to others.
