John Mayer Performs Secret Show in LA

John Mayer can be kind of a toolbag sometimes, but other times he does more than redeem himself. Take last night, for instance. He played a secret show in LA (at Hotel Cafe), and then signed his guitar and gave it to a fan! If that’s not the definition of sweet, I don’t know what is.

I think John is one of those guys that you want to hate, but can’t. He’s just cute enough to get away with the crap he pulls, but not quite hot enough to get away with anything else. I mean, he’s no Rob Lowe.

But still, I sort of like him. Kind of a lot, acutally. And Room for Squares is my favorite CD to shower and get ready to (and it’s been out for what, 8 years or something?).
