L’Wren Burial Family Feud

It appears that L’Wren Scott’s family is in disagreement with Mick Jagger’s plans to have her buried in Los Angeles. According to reports, Mick’s longtime girlfriend and fashion designer, who committed suicide on Monday, is the subject of a family feud on the location of her resting place. The Rolling Stones frontman is currently making plans to have her remains flown from NYC to L.A. where a private service is being planned for next Saturday. However, her sister Jan Bambrough has claimed that she has not been informed of these plans and wants L’Wren buried at the family plot in Utah. “No one has told me anything bout a funeral,” the grieving sister told a publication. “I’ve not had a single call from anyone in the Jagger camp. I’m besides myself. Are they going to make it [the funeral] so secret that her own family is banned from attending?” L’Wren was adopted by Mormon parents, Ivan and Lula Banbrough, who are both deceased and buried in Utah. On their gravesite, their tombstone bears the name of their 3 children including of the fashion designer. “L’Wren would have wanted to come home. It’s the family plot,” Jan stated. But it seems that her brother, Randall, disagrees and is working with Jagger on plans for L’Wren’s L.A. funeral. Randall, who was Scott’s financial advisor and was reportedly helping her sort out her fashion line’s money problems, is said to be close to Jagger and plans on escorting his sister’s remains on her final flight to California. Jagger is reportedly already in L.A. staying at a hotel with some of his children and arranging the funeral service for his late lover. Jan however, a devout Mormon, is still hoping she can change that final destination and have her remains laid to rest in Utah with their parents. “It is where we thought we would rest together for eternity,” she said.
