Nicky Hilton Gets Her Hair Done

Nicky Hilton got her hair done yesterday in Los Angeles, and it looks the same as it always does. Aren’t you supposed to have gorgeous hair when you leave a salon? Why is it all scraggly at the ends?

Maybe she should go back inside and ask for a refund!
